What is ISO?
America II Electronics, Inc.'s ISO 9001:2000 certification is just one symbol of our commitment to quality, consistency, and our customers.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, develops and promotes standards for quality in over 100 member countries. ISO 9001:2000, specifically, is a series of standards solidly based upon a customer-focused system intended for broad application to a wide range of industries, products, and services. America II's ISO program is our customers' insurance policy for consistent handling and processing of product deliveries, and the continuous improvement of our operations. This drives us to always look for ways to improve upon our quality: from order entry in our sales department to processing in our distribution centers, everything is based upon our customers’ needs. The America II team supports all activities required to meet ISO standards and the company's own quality objectives, so our customers can be certain of our dedication to the highest standards of quality.
This is why we ensure our ongoing commitment to certification to ISO 9001:2000 and ANSI/ESD S20.20. For more information, reference our current registration information on the right side border of this website.
